Marketing & Brand Support Manager:Cassie knows her way around a camera and loves to write, and with a background in beauty and makeup, she is passionate about the product and uses her skills and creativity to find captivating and engaging ways to implement the marketing for our suppliers. With the exciting job of trying, sourcing and supporting new suppliers through creating promotional articles, social posts, email campaigns and follow up reports, Cassie is the point of contact for suppliers and is responsible for the marketing. Founder & Marketing Consultant: Rosie founded MyTreat in 2016 and with a sound knowledge of how to gain customers for both subscription and one off boxes, Rosie is contracted by the current owners to oversee the growth of the business. Part of her role has been to develop a strategic marketing plan that enables MyTreat to fully assist in the growth of every supplier involved with the boxes. From new product activations, to companies looking to enter their next growth phase, and brands just looking for increased market awareness MyTreat provides a high level of marketing support to suppliers we choose to work with.
Operations Manager: Gavin is the all rounder that every office needs, from a friendly hello in the inbox (Info@mytreat.co.nz), to inventory management, and overseeing stock arrival and dispatch. With a passion for making things easier for each MyTreat customer, Gavin has been crucial in the new website overhaul and making sure MyTreat customers have more flexibility than every before, and that MyTreat suppliers are represented appropriately, consistently (and beautifully) across the entire website.
Systems Manager: Systems expert who started out as a MyTreat customer. Ruth understands the mindset of our target market. With a
love of natural products and organic ingredients, Ruth is the first to jump in
and remind us to remind our customers to review the great products inside each
box on Google, so we can make sure our suppliers get the most from each MyTreat
campaign. Ruth is a systems expert who knows a thing or two about SEO and with
our suppliers in mind Ruth supports the wider marketing team to help promote
the products and brands we represent.
Customer Service Veteran: Monique has a great understanding
of our high level customer service and the community created around the MyTreat
boxes. With an eye for detail Monique is the perfect respond to any product
queries or issues and with a friendly and practical approach can help our
customers, while recording all the data we need to provide any feedback
accordingly to our suppliers.
